TURKEY CHOP SUEY 
28 oz. can chop suey mixed vegetables
1/2 c. diced onion
2 c. cooked turkey
1 c. chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce or soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Drain vegetables, reserving liquid. In large saucepan saute onion in 1 tablespoon of butter until translucent. Add turkey, bouillon, reserved liquid, 1/4 cup water, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup water until mixed well. Add to turkey mixture, stir constantly until thickened. Add vegetables. Heat until warmed through. Serve over rice.
