AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
2 lb. lean pork, chopped into sm. cubes
2 tbsp. bacon drippings (to brown pork)
1 onion, browned with meat
2 or 3 tbsp. chop suey molasses gravy

Season with salt and pepper, then cover with water and cook until tender.

1 can chop suey vegetables
1 can bean sprouts
1/2 sm. bottle soy sauce

Add vegetables and simmer for 1 1/2 additional hours. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Season with soy sauce. Delicious!
