AMERICAN CHOP SUEY | |
1 lb. chopped meat 1 lg. onion 1 c. celery 3/4 c. green peppers 1 lg. can tomatoes 1 can tomato paste 1 tsp. salt 1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti In large pan, cook meat, celery, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and salt. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Cook thin spaghetti and drain. Pour tomato mixture over spaghetti and serve. |
