AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
2 lb. lean hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped celery
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cans water chestnuts, sliced & drained
2 c. instant rice

Brown hamburger and onions. Add rest of ingredients and put in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
