ITALIAN BEEF AU JUS 
3-4 lbs. boneless beef roast

SAUCE:

1 pkg. (10 oz.) Au Jus mix
1 pkg. (.7 oz.) Italian salad dressing mix
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef broth
1/2 can water

Place beef roast in slow cooker. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over beef. Cover. Cook low 8 hours. Meat may be sliced and served with hard rolls. Or shredded with 2 forks and served over noodles or rice with broth thickened with flour. 8-10 servings.
