2 c. mashed potatoes 1 c. crushed corn flakes Shape mashed potatoes into logs about 4 inches long and 1 inch in diameter. Roll in corn flakes to coat. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes. | |
