LITE CRAB MEAT SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of imitation crab meat, thawed 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery 1/3 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. minced onion 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine crab meat and celery in a bowl, mix in mayonnaise and onions, add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Chill for at least 2 hours. Makes 4 servings. |
