MICROWAVE PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 c. raw Spanish peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Combine sugar, salt, nuts and syrup. Cook 4 minutes on high. Stir and cook 4 more minutes on high. Add butter and vanilla and cook 1 minute on high. Take out, add soda and stir. It will be rather foamy. Pour on greased cookie sheet or dish (greased well). When hard, break up into desired size pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
