PEANUT BRITTLE | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. corn syrup 1 tbsp. butter 1 (16 oz.) pkg. raw Spanish peanuts 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking soda Cook sugar, corn syrup and butter until boiling; add peanuts. Cook and stir until light brown, about 15 minutes. Take off stove, add vanilla and soda. Stir fast. Pour into buttered pan. |
