PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. raw Spanish peanuts
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine sugar, syrup, and peanuts in iron skillet. When it comes to a boil, boil 10 minutes. Turn off heat. Add baking soda; beat well. Pour into buttered dish.
