PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raw peanuts, blanched or Spanish
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine all ingredients except peanuts. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Add raw peanuts. Increase heat to high and stir constantly until peanuts become light brown. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in baking soda. Spread thinly on greased baking sheet.
