MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
5 qt. popped popcorn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter; add brown sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Put popcorn into large brown paper bag. Add vanilla and soda to cooked mixture. Pour mixture over popcorn in the bag and shake to coat. Microwave on high 90 seconds. Remove bag and shake well. Repeat twice; pour onto waxed paper to cool, then enjoy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
