QUICK & EASY SWEET DROP BISCUITS 
1 cup maple syrup (low-calorie works, too)
1 egg
2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix all ingredients. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 400°F for approximately 10 minutes or until knife comes clean from center of biscuit.

Makes about 9 biscuits.

NOTES:

• You may vary the size. No need to add butter as it comes out buttery and sweet.
• You may add a dollop of maple syrup to the top-center in a dimple you create with your finger before baking.

These biscuits are delicious! I added a touch of vanilla extract to the syrup for added flavor, but the recipe works just fine without it. These would be great served with coffee or tea!
