RICE - SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage 1 c. chopped onion 2 c. cooked rice 1 cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can milk Cook sausage in skillet until brown; remove from skillet. Saute celery and onion in drippings in skillet until golden brown; drain off excess drippings. Stir in sausage, rice, soup and milk; place in casserole. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Yield: 10 servings. |
