1 lb. sausage, drained
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onion, diced
1 c. green pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, diced

Brown sausage and place in casserole; add celery, onion, green pepper and garlic. 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 2 cans chicken broth 1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice 1 1/2 c. long grain rice

Mix and pour over mixture in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
