SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. chili sauce
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar

In a dish mix flour, ginger, salt, pepper. Dip chops in flour mixture. Brown in skillet. Add onion and garlic. Brown 3 minutes each side.

Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer 45 minutes over pork chops.
