CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP 
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tbsp. sugar
1 thin sliced onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic salt

Heat milk in saucepan. Put remaining ingredients into blender. Cover and process on low until smooth. Increase speed to medium, remove cap and slowly pour the hot milk into the mixture while processing. Reheat over low heat and serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
