CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP 
1 tsp. chopped onion in 2 tbsp. butter

3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook until smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in two cups tomato juice. Bring to boil. Boil one minute. Stir in two cups cold milk.
