CARROT PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 c. grated carrots
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 beaten eggs

Mix sugar and flour together. Mix carrots, butter, milk, nutmeg and eggs together in another bowl. Add sugar and flour to carrot mixture. Stir well. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
