CHICKEN DIVAN 
12 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears
4 c. chicken breast meat
Celery salt
Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks
Cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper

Cook broccoli until almost tender, about 4 minutes. Boil chicken in water seasoned with celery salt until done. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan, add flour and blend. Continue to cook and add milk slowly. Stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and add slightly beaten egg yolks. In casserole, layer chicken (cut up), and broccoli spears. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Season white sauce with cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper if desired. Pour sauce over broccoli and top with additional parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
