1 c. flour
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. MSG
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg

Combine flour, water, salt, MSG, cornstarch, soda and egg in bowl; mix well. Dip fish into batter to coat well. Deep-fry in hot oil.
