MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN | |
4 boneless chicken breasts Garlic powder 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, drained 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained 1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained Remove skin from chicken breasts. Wash chicken. Place chicken in covered casserole dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Pour olives, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and stewed tomatoes over chicken. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 4 servings. |
