MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN 
Skinless chicken breast
1/4 c. mustard
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix all together and dip chicken in. Remaining mixture will keep well in refrigerator. Bake chicken 1 hour or until chicken is brown and well done. Serve on rice or as main dish.
