MACARONI SHRIMP SALAD | |
8 oz. Food Club elbow or shell macaroni, cooked & drained 1 (5 oz.) can shrimp or 1 c. cooked fresh shrimp 1 c. stuffed olives, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 c. celery, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 6 tomatoes, peeled & chopped 1 c. American or Swiss cheese, cut in sm. pieces 1/2 c. Food Club Mayo Combine all the above ingredients and toss lightly. Cover a large platter with crisp lettuce, arrange with salad on it and garnish with radishes or olives. Chill approximately 1 hour before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
