PIZZELLES 
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. vanilla or anise

For chocolate add:
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs, add sugar gradually and beat mixture until smooth. Add cooled melted butter, then vanilla or anise. Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture. Dough will be sticky. Drop by spoonful on pizzelle iron for about 1 minute. Makes 60.
