SPECIAL PIZZELLE RECIPE 
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. anise extract
Juice from 1/2 lemon and 1/2 orange
4 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder
All measurements are level

Beat eggs and sugar until light and foamy. Add oil a little at a time, then add anise extract, vanilla, orange and lemon juice. Gradually add flour to make a very light dough, light enough to drop on the pizzelle maker from a tablespoon measuring spoon. Preheat iron and grease just before using. (Use a knife to push off dough from spoon.)
