CUBE STEAK WITH GREEN PEPPERS 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. leaf oregano
6 cube steaks
2 tbsp. oil or shortening
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. (4 oz. can) drained mushroom pieces
1/3 c. dry red wine
1 pkg. (5/8 oz.) Lawry's Au Jus gravy mix
1/2 green pepper, cut into 1" pieces

Combine flour, salt and oregano. Coat steaks with flour mixture. Brown meat in oil in a large fry pan. Reduce heat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for 15 to 20 minutes or until steaks are tender and flavors are blended.
