HAMBURGER CORN PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 lb. pork sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 (16 oz.) whole tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
20-40 pitted ripe olives
1 1/2-3 tsp. chili powder
1 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. shredded cheese, about 4 oz.

Cook and stir hamburger, sausage, onion and garlic until meat is brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, corn, olives, chili powder and salt. Heat to boiling. Pour into an ungreased baking dish 9 x 9 x 2 inches.

Mix cornmeal, milk and eggs; pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
