HAMBURGER CORN PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 lb. pork sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
16 oz. can whole tomatoes
16 oz. can corn, drained
20 pitted ripe olives
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook and stir hamburger, sausage, onion and garlic until brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes, corn, olives, chili powder and salt. Heat to boiling. Pour into ungreased baking dish, 9x9x2 inches.

Mix cornmeal, milk and eggs; pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook in 350 degree oven until golden brown, 40 to 50 minutes. Garnish with parsley sprigs and black olives if desired.
