HAMBURGER CORN PONE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can pinto beans (or leftover beans)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt

Brown ground beef and onions. Drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes, pinto beans, salt, chili powder. Pour into a large casserole and top with your regular mixture for corn bread. Bake at 350 degrees until corn bread is cooked thoroughly. It is a meal in one dish when served with cole slaw.
