HAMBURGER CORN - PONE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. lard
2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. tomatoes
1 c. drained kidney beans
1 c. corn bread batter

Cook beef and onions in lard. Add chili powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, and beans. Pour corn bread batter on top and cook until golden brown. Oven, 425 degrees.
