YULETIDE LASAGNA LOGS 
6 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage with Italian seasoning, cut into 6 equal pieces
3 (1 oz.) slices Mozzarella cheese, halved
1 (16 oz.) jar Italian cooking sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese

Partially split sausage pieces lengthwise and stuff with half slice Mozzarella cheese. Wrap each sausage piece in a lasagna noodle and secure with toothpicks. Place in baking dish and cover with Italian cooking sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove toothpicks and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
