NEW ENGLAND B. D. SOUP 
Leftover boiled dinner
2 sm. cans tomato paste
Pepper
3/4 c. barley (optional)

1. Dice up vegetable and meat.

2. Use broth from dinner and add water if necessary.

3. Add tomato paste and pepper.

4. Cook at low temperature until hot.

5. Very economical to make two meals from these groceries. Tastes great!
