POTATO SALAD DRESSING OR COLE SLAW | |
Use this dressing over boiled, cut potatoes or shredded slaw (cabbage and carrots). 2 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 cup vinegar 2 tbsp. butter 1 cup water 1 tbsp. celery seed 1 onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. dry mustard In a saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients. Mix flour and mustard. Mix mustard with water to make a paste. Add flour and mustard paste into the cooked dressing and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Submitted by: Brenda Wright |
