EGGNOG 
6 egg whites
6 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
1 pt. milk
2 oz. rum
1 pt. bourbon

Whip egg whites; add half of sugar. Whip egg yolks; add other half of sugar. Whip the cream. Pour everything together and mix well. Serve with nutmeg. Serves 12.

If you don't use the rum and bourbon, increase the milk. Also very good with Kahlua. My grandfather made this every Christmas Eve.
