WEIGHT WATCHERS CORN BREAD 
1 oz. cornmeal
3 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 pkg. sweetener
5 tbsp. skim milk

Mix well all ingredients. Cook in non-stick fry pan or iron skillet that has been sprayed. 1 bread substitute, 3 extra, 1/3 cup milk.
