BURRITO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 pkg. taco mix
1 can refried beans
1 can cheddar soup
4-5 tomatoes
1 head lettuce
flour tostada shells or cooked lasagna noodles
1 large pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook ground beef and onion. Drain. Add taco mix and cook according to package directions. Add refried beans and cheddar cheese soup.

Cut up tomatoes and lettuce. Set aside.

Spread meat sauce in bottom of 9 x13 pan. Cover with tostada shells followed by cheese and sauce. Repeat layers until used up. Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes then uncover and bake another 10 minutes.

Serve with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and picante sauce if desired.
