WINSTON HOT CHILI WLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
2 jalapeno peppers, with seeds
1 clove garlic
1 lg. can tomatoes, drained
8 oz. can tomato sauce
4 oz. beef broth
4 oz. beer
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers
1 dash Tabasco sauce

Brown meat; drain and set aside. Chop and saute vegetables. Add spices while sauteing. Cook 8 minutes. Add meat, tomatoes, sauce, broth and beer. Simmer, cook 1 to 2 hours.
