HOT CHILI SAUCE 
1 1/2 gal. peeled tomatoes
3 c. onions, chopped
4 pods sweet red peppers, chopped
4 pods green peppers, chopped
10 pods hot peppers, chopped
1 sm. jar Jalapeno peppers
1 c. sugar
1 pt. vinegar
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients in big pot. Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until pepper is done. You can also can this in pint jars. Makes 3 gallons.
