HOT DOG CHILI SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
6 med. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato juice

Cook onions and ground chuck until brown, slowly add seasoning while browning. Add tomato juice, cook over low heat about 20 minutes or until desired thickness.
