UNCOOKED BROWNIES 
Butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 to 1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. icing sugar, sifted
3 to 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate chips

Melt 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan; blend in sugar. Add cocoa, vanilla, egg, cracker crumbs, coconut and walnuts. Press into a 9 x 9 or 9 x 13 inch pan. chill, if desired.

Cream 1/4 cup butter; blend in instant pudding. Add milk and icing sugar. Spread over the crumb mixture and chill about 1 hour. Melt chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter. Spread over chilled mixture and chill. Yield: 24 squares.
