LOW FAT COCOA BROWNIES 
4 egg whites
1/2 c. Puritan oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350°F. Butter or spray the bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan. Set aside.

Place egg whites in large bowl. Beat with spoon until slightly frothy. Add oil and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in sugar and cocoa. Mix well. Stir in flour and salt until blended. Pour into pan.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with dry crumbs attached (not wet crumbs). About 25 minutes, but it must pass this toothpick test before removing from oven. Don't open the door too often or they won't bake!
