MARVELOUS MELBAS 
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (4 serving) size sugar-free Jello raspberry flavor gelatin
1 c. ice cubes
1 c. diced peaches
1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip

Pour boiling water into blender. Add gelatin and blend at low speed until completely dissolved, about 30 seconds. Add ice cubes and stir until ice is partially melted. Add peaches and whipped topping. Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and chill; softset in half an hour. Garnish with sliced peaches. Makes 6 servings.
