PEAR MELBA MOUSSE 
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Raspberry Jello sugar free
1 c. ice cubes
1 c. Cool Whip
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 (8 oz.) can drained pears

Pour boiling water into blender, add Jello blend on low speed 30 seconds. Add ice. Stir until partially melted. Blend at high speed until ice is completely melted. Add Cool Whip and yogurt. Blend on high until smooth. Dice pears and place in glasses. Top with Jello mix, chill until soft, set 30 minutes. Serves 7.
