1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. coconut
2 med. to lg. apples, sliced
1 c. sour cream
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg or 2 yolks

Combine cake mix, butter, and coconut. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Slice apples and arrange in pan on top of cake mixture. Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon. Mix sour cream and egg or yolks and drizzle over apples. Bake 25 minutes.
