1/2 c. softened butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1 (20 oz.) can sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
2 yolks or 1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Press into ungreased oblong pan. Build up edges. Bake 10 minutes. Add apples on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on apples. Blend egg and sour cream. Drizzle on apples. Bake 25 minutes or until light brown.
