CRUST:

1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening

FILLING:

4 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

STREUSEL:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tbsp. butter

Mix crust with mixer. Pat in an 8"x8" pan. Combine filling ingredients and pour over crust. Mix and sprinkle streusel on top of fruit.
