1 tbsp. butter
1 med. apple, chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
16 oz. can baked beans
10 oz. can kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. cooked butter, beans, drained
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Dash pepper

In 10" skillet, over medium heat, in hot butter, cook apple and onion until tender. Stir in beans, mustard and pepper. Transfer mixture to 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Stir before serving. Garnish with apple slices.
