MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice also
1 c. walnuts

Mix all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Frost with butter cream frosting.
