PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire

Mix together beef, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl. Form meatballs and lightly brown in large fry pan. When browned add tomato soup, water and Worcestershire if desired, cover and simmer in fry pan around 30 minutes. Check often.
